Return Policy

1. General Terms

b2b.vitamin360.com is intended exclusively for resellers and business partners. Purchases are made for business purposes, therefore the consumer right of withdrawal (14 days) does not apply.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • defective or damaged product upon delivery,
  • packaging damaged during shipping,
  • wrong product delivered compared to the order.

All claims must be supported with photographic documentation.

3. Submitting a Claim

Any defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products must be reported within 5 working days of receipt by email to our customer service at b2b@vitamin360.com.

The email must include the order number, product name, quantity, and photos proving the issue.

After review, our team will confirm whether a credit, replacement, or return will be processed.

4. Return Procedure

Returns are only accepted after prior agreement and must be sent to the return address provided by Vitamin360 in the return authorization.

Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

Returned products must be in unopened, original packaging, except in the case of damaged goods.

 

5. Credit and Replacement

In the case of a valid claim, Vitamin360 will either replace the product or issue a credit for the purchase price.

Shipping costs are covered by Vitamin360 if the claim is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect delivery.

We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper storage or transportation by the buyer.

 

6. Non-returnable Products

  • expired products,
  • opened or used products,
  • products purchased on sale or clearance.

 

7. Changes to This Policy

Vitamin360 reserves the right to amend this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website.
